How to find your customer in Say2B App

For any interaction with your customers in Say2B app, be it write-off or giving gifts, validating their evidence, you need to find this customer in the app:

1. Go to the Left Menu and select “Find client”

2. You can search your customer by Full name, Email, Phone or User ID

3. Customers can show “My ID” screen on their phone and you can tap “Scan user QR-code” to immediately find them:

4. You will see your customer card immediately. Tap on it to open the user profile:
