How to make reservations via Say2B

Looking to book an appointment with a barbershop? Make a reservation in a restaurant for your romantic night-out? Schedule a session with your coach? In this article you will find out how to make reservations via Say2B app — a customer loyalty solution.

  1. First, make sure you are logged in as a user.
  2. Next go to Place Search and find the place you want.

3. In the lower left side corner tap on the three dots sign and select ‘Make reservation’

4. Fill in the details, such as date, time, duration and preferences. You can include an optional message:

5. A phone number is required to complete, so if you book for the first time, after clicking ‘Save’ button you will be prompted to undergo a User Verification. Submit your phone number and enter the verification code you’ll receive:

6. Once the reservation is created, you can see them from the main menu under My Reservations section. It has Pending, Accepted and Canceled labels.

7. The place manager can Accept, Decline or Suggest Change to your reservations. You will receive notifications accordingly.

8. You can make changes to the reservations after you’ve submitted, too. Tap on it and select ‘Suggest change’. Adjust the duration, date, number of guests or other parameters and submit. The status will read ‘Client requested changes’
